In 2018, Katherine Tash launched her first bridal line after working at luxury brands in Los Angeles designing evening gowns. She set out to create bridal fashion that “walked the line between contemporary and classic, something for the modern woman who is a romantic at heart.” The Katherine Tash 2022 line, Body & Soul, evokes this ethereal mindset with flowing fabrics and styles for every bride. Here’s what they have to say about their latest collection!
Katherine’s gowns can be found locally at anna bé, who will feature their gowns on the UNVEILED Minneapolis runway on Sunday, January 9th!
“You have bewitched me, body and soul, and I love, I love, I love you.” – Pride & Prejudice
I fell in love this year, and I wanted to create a collection that felt like love in all ways – love for your partner, and self-love. This new collection is a celebration of love and the female form.
If the past year taught me anything, it was to simplify, both in life and in design. During this time, I learned so much about myself, and about my brides, and focused the direction of our brand into what women were telling me that they want – modern gowns, with classic undertones and supportive structure. We used silk fabrics that drape in easy silhouettes against the body but still have supportive interiors built-in and maintained our classic balance of trend-conscious but not trend-driven design.
Additionally, we will be offering best-selling styles from previous collections that continue to perform well for our retailers. Our distinctive design difference combines a timeless aesthetic with interesting silhouettes, gowns that transcend trends, giving our partners an offering of seasonless styles that they can feel strongly about investing in.
