Isabelle Armstrong’s spring 2017 collection embodied the adjectives of fresh and flowing with detailed trains and bold laser lace panels. We saw beautiful illusion sleeves with detailed laced tattoo embroidery. Low backs and stunning ball gowns are to die for but the romantic modern bride fits this look. It’s okay to look like a bride and be fashionable all at the same time!
Isabelle Armstrong’s philosophy is that elegance and glamour will always be in style. The designer is a graduate from Parsons School of Design, and since then has designed custom gowns for some of our favorite and most glamourous celebrities. Some notable work includes gowns for Sharon Stone, Holly Hunter, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Goldie Hawn. His talent spreads from bridal to evening wear and his passion is making women look and feel beautiful, sexy and glamorous. He has designed for such prominent companies as: Vera Wang, Bob Mackie, Scassi, Priscilla of Boston, Reem Acra and Victor Harper. He also worked for the Amsale Company, eventually launching the namesake, Kenneth Pool division that is still in existence, but for which he no longer designs.
